This 304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Rain Cap, also known as Muffler Rain Cap Flap, is a flapper-style weather protector for vertical exhaust stacks of diesel generators,

trucks, tractors and other heavy machinery.

Function:1. Rain and snow prevention: park and close to prevent rainwater from entering the muffler and exhaust pipe, reducing internal water accumulation and corrosion;
2. Preventing foreign objects from entering: blocking leaves, dust, and willow catkins to prevent birds and insects from building nests inside the exhaust pipe and muffler;
3. Automatic opening and closing, not obstructing exhaust: gravity flap structure, opening the exhaust cover and normal smoke exhaust; Extinguish, self weight falls back and closes;
4. Windproof backflow: Reduce airflow backflow into the exhaust pipe during strong wind weather;
5. Protect the muffler and three-way catalyst: reduce long-term water accumulation and corrosion inside, and extend the life of the exhaust assembly.
